陆海杂种棉铃10个性状的遗传力及F_1杂种优势分析

Analysis on Heritability and Heterosis of F_1 for Ten Characters of Cotton Boll of Hybrid between G.hirsutum with G.barbadense

利用从陆海棉种间杂交后代筛选的铃形各不相同的５个自选系，通过连续５年观测棉铃１０个性状的表现得知：除子指外，其余９个性状均有较高的遗传力。用５个自选系作亲本进行轮回杂交结果，各性状Ｆ＿１均有不同程度的正向优势，其中铃体积具有较强的超高亲优势，纵径、铃形指数、衣分、绒长和铃容重等性状还具有母体优势效应。

Phenotype for 10 characters of the cotton boll was observed for 5 years in 5 sys-tems.There are different shapes of cotton bolls which were selected between G. hirsutumwith G. barbadense. All the 9 characters have higher heritability except the seed index,5systems were crossed reciprocally.Result showed that each character of F_1 has differentand positive heterosis on certain extent,among them the volume of the cotton boll hasover-hish-parent heterosis,and the vertical diameter,the shap index of cotton boll,thelint rate,the fiber length and the unit weight of cotton boll have maternal heterosis effect.
