摘要
本文利用不等式约束下多变量函数的最优化方法,从数学分析的角度出发,讨论了在峰载条件下与非峰载条件下实行不同电价的合理性。为电网在不同时期、不同负荷下实行不同电价,进行了数学论证。
With the optimization of multivariant function confined by inequality,this paper dis- cusses,from the mathematical analysis,the reasonability of different power prices in peak load and non-peak load periods.It expounds and proves mathematically the practice of different power prices in differint load perilds at different times.
