Economic Analysis of Supply Chain Management

供应链管理是20世纪80年代后期形成的新型的生产组织管理形式,国内外学者大多从技术的角度研究如何提高供应效率。本文从交易成本经济学、博弈论和企业资源经济学的角度论述供应链管理作为企业经营战略的经济学基础,认为供应链管理不仅是一种新型的生产组织管理形式,更是一种企业战略从战略的高度把握供应链管理,可以对企业进行与供应链相适应的改造,而这种战略的经济基础可以从交易成本经济学、博弈论、企业资源经济学得到诠释。

Supply chain management is a new management model of production organization formed in the late of 80,of 20th century. Many scholars have studied how to improve the efficiency of supply from the point of technique. This paper discusses the economic base of letting supply chain management as the firm strategy from the point of economics of transaction cost game theory and resource-based economics of the firm and thinks supply-chain management not only a new mode of production orgnization management but also a firm,s strategy furthuron .The stratege could be explained from the point of transaction cost economics game theory the resource-based economics of the firm
