我国住房市场信用缺失的现状、成因及对策

摘要在信用缺失的情况下 ,我国住房市场规模的扩大呈现出一种粗放型态势。西方国家信用发达的主要原因是在比较有效的产权制度基础上 ,通过现代组织复制了信用发挥作用的条件。我国应深化住房产权制度改革 ,加强住房市场的组织建设 ,以塑造住房市场信用。
