摘要
本文在研究林业财政、税收、保险的现状和问题基础上 ,提出建立以生态环境建设为主体的林业大财经战略的新理念 ,提出建立新的林业财政、税收。
On the basis of studying the present situation and issue of forestry finance tax and insurance,this paper puts forward to set up new concept of forestry Finance and economics on the main part of ecology construction,and establish a new thinking of forestry finance ,tax and insurance.
