The paper summarizes the main actual patterns of forest macro-adjustment,which includes administration dominant type,planning dominant type and finance dominant type.After this,according to the needs of erecting the sustainable forest resources management system combining economic market with national macro-adjustment,the author puts forward the essence thought for establishment of the new pattern of forest macro-adjustment.
