With the developing trend of innovative society and under the circumstance of traditional education facing challenges, it is imperative to arrange innovation and entrepreneurship education as a whole, promote the tasks of college students' starting their own businesses, construct specialized training teams and incubate practice bases, which take colleges and universities as bases, regard government policies and social resources as supports, and put 'college-enterprise cooperation' as the motive power.
