This paper begins with the theoretical study and present development state of archival work in higher education institutions,analyzes a series of difficulties in the process of archival work and its development,and illustrates various reasons why archival work and cause are looked down upon.The paper aims to illustrate the focused points and difficulties in the developing process of archives cause in simple and easy ways,so as to improve the healthy and fast development of archival cause in higher education institutions.
