模拟胆经感传时大脑皮层第一体觉区地形图的表现 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察在胆经路线模拟感传时大脑皮层第一体觉区(SI)地形图的变化。方法对15名健康成年无感传志愿者,用脑诱发电位地形图技术,用脑电信号采集处理系统自颅外记录SI的体觉诱发反应地形图,模拟胆经感传的方法,用柔软的画笔沿着胆经的路线经下肢部、躯干部直达面部以模拟感传的速度轻轻刷动。结果沿胆经路线模拟感传时,皮层体觉诱发电位(CSEP)地形图不仅在下肢代表区出现了高电位反应,而且在面部代表区也出现1个高电位。结论沿经脉路线施加的外加刺激可改变刺激穴位时SI诱发反应的分布,证实了外周动因激发是产生循经感传现象的决定因素。 Objective To observe the changes of cortical somatosensory evoked potential(CSEP)maps of first somesthetic area(SI). Methods 15 healthy volunteers without sensation along meridian were observed, and the CSEP maps of SI from extracranial were recorded with cerebral electric signal processing system. The method of simulating transmission of gallbladder channel was applied as following: a soft paint-brush was used to brush slightly along the courses of gallbladder channel from the lower limb, trunk to face.Results When simulated transmission of gallbladder channel, high potential reactions appeared not only on the representation of lower limb, but also on the representation of face. Conclusion The additional stimulus applying along channel can change the reacting distribution induced by SI when stimulating acupoints, which confirmed that peripheral tissue evoking is the decisive factor for transmission along the meridians.
