脾经线上微循环血流灌注特征及电针对其影响 被引量:3

Microcirculation Blood Perfusion Characteristics of Skin Tissues along Spleen Meridian and Intervention of Electroacupuncture

摘要 目的观察脾经线上皮肤组织的微循环血流灌注特征及电针三阴交对其影响。方法应用激光多谱勒血流仪检测18名健康成年志愿者脾经线上漏谷、地机、血海、血海-箕门中点及其左右旁开1.5 cm非经对照点的皮肤微循环血流灌注量,观察基础状态和电针三阴交时脾经线上皮肤组织及其旁开组织的微循环血流灌注量变化。结果 1在基础状态下,脾经上的漏谷、地机、血海3个穴位点和血海-箕门中点(非穴位点)的皮肤微循环血流灌注量显著高于其两侧旁开非经对照点;2电针三阴交时或电针后,脾经线上的3个穴位点和1个非穴位点的皮肤微循环血流灌注量呈下降趋势。结论在基础状态下,脾经线上皮肤组织的微循环血流灌注量高于旁开组织,电针三阴交对脾经线上皮肤组织的微循环血流灌注量有一定的调节作用。 Objective To observe the characteristics of microcirculation blood perfusion volume(MBPV) of skin tissues along spleen meridian and the intervention of electroacupuncturing Sanyinjiao(SP6) on them. Methods 18 healthy volunteers were recruited in the present study. The MBPV in the skin tissues of Lougu(SP7), Diji(SP8), Xuehai(SP10) of spleen meridian, non-acupoint(the midpoint between SP10 and Jimen) and their bilateral non-meridian points(1.5 cm lateral to the above acupoints of spleen meridian on both sides) were measured by using a laser doppler flowmetry. After electroacupuncturing at SP6, the changes of MBPV of skin tissues and bilateral tissues along spleen meridian were observed. Results In normal situation, the MBPV in the skin tissues of SP7, SP8, SP10 of spleen meridian and the non-acupoint were respectively higher than that of their bilateral corresponding control points. When and after electroacupuncturing at SP6, the MBPV in the skin tissues of SP7, SP8, SP10 of spleen meridian and the non-acupoint showed a decreased trend. Conclusion In normal situation, the MBPV in the skin tissues of points along spleen meridian are significantly higher than those of its bilateral corresponding control points, and electroacupuncturing at SP6 could regulate the MBPV in the skin tissues of points along spleen meridian.
