健骨颗粒抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究

Experimental Study on Anti-inflammatory and Analgesic Effects of Jiangu Granules

目的探讨健骨颗粒的抗炎镇痛作用。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀,蛋清致大鼠足趾肿胀,观察中药对小鼠耳廓肿胀和大鼠足趾肿胀的作用;采用扭体法观察中药对醋酸刺激小鼠所致疼痛的影响。结果健骨颗粒对小鼠耳廓肿胀、大鼠足趾肿胀有明显的抑制作用,对小鼠扭体反应也有抑制作用。结论补肾健脾中药健骨颗粒具有一定的抗炎、镇痛作用。

Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Jiangu granules. Methods The model of mouse ear inflammation induced by xylol and the model of rats toes swelling induced by egg white, the effects of Chinese medicine on swelling of mouse auricle and rats toes were observed, and the effects of Chinese medicine on pain of mouse caused by acetic acid stimulus were observed by writhing test. Results Jiangu granules had obvious inhibitory effect on swelling of auricle and rats toes, and also had inhibitory effect on writhing response of mouse. Conclusion Jiangu granules, which is a nourishing kidney and strengthening spleen herb, has obvious anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
