摘要 脑受损功能区的代偿和重建逐渐取代梗死灶的保护和治疗,成为脑卒中研究的新热点。本文概括脑卒中后功能代偿研究的发展过程,并阐述丰富环境对脑卒中后代偿性恢复的作用机制和临床应用前景。 The focus of stroke-related research is turning from protecting and curing local ischemia to compensation and reconstruction of injured functional area. Hereby, we review the progress of stroke-related research about functional compensation and reconstruction, and introduce the mechanism of enriched environment in post-stroke functional recovery and its promising application in clinic.
