Goal Attainment Scale and Clinical Efficacy Evaluation of Acupuncture

目的:分析目标成就评价量表(GAS)对针灸临床疗效的评价作用,探讨建立针灸疗效个体化评价方案的途径。方法:引入一种比较成熟的个体化临床疗效评价方法 GAS,并以针灸治疗精神发育迟滞为例,详述GAS在针灸临床疗效评价中的应用,分析其中存在的优势及局限性。结果:GAS以其个体化的临床疗效评价体系,可为针灸临床疗效的评价提供思路。结论:将GAS引入针灸临床的疗效评价中,通过反复临床实践,不断改进完善,有可能建立一套适合针灸临床疗效的评价体系。

Objective :To analyze the application prospect of goal attainment scale(GAS) in clinical efficacy evaluation of acupuncture,and then explore the establishment of individualized clinical assessment system of acupuncture. Methods:This article introduced a mature and individualized clinical evaluation method GAS,described its application in therapeutic efficacy assessment of acupuncture therapy in patients with mental retardation,and then analyzed the advantages and limitations of GAS. Results:Since GAS was an individualized clinical efficacy evaluation system,it could provide a good idea for the evaluation of the clinical efficacy of acupuncture. Conclusion:Through inducing GAS into clinical evaluation of acupuncture,it is possible to establish a clinical efficacy evaluation system suitable for acupuncture after repeated clinical practice and continuously improvement.
