穴位按摩配合肌群拍打在脑卒中后痉挛偏瘫患者康复护理中的应用

Application of Acupoint Massage Combined with Muscle Tap in Rehabilitation Nursing of Stroke Patients with Spastic Hemiplegia

目的:探讨穴位按摩配合肌群拍打在脑卒中后痉挛偏瘫康复治疗中的作用。方法:采用随机数字表法将80例患者分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组采用康复常规护理;观察组加用穴位按摩加肌群拍打。采用改良的Ashworth量表及简化Fuel-Meyer运动功能评分法对治疗前后患侧肢体痉挛程度和运动功能进行评定。结果:4周后观察组肌肉痉挛及运动功能改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位按摩配合肌群拍打在脑卒中后痉挛性偏瘫康复治疗中有较好的辅助作用,可减轻患者肌肉痉挛,提高患肢运动功能。

Objective:To investigate the effect of acupoint massage combined with muscle tap in the rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients with spastic hemiplegia. Methods:A total of 80 patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with acupoint massage and muscle tap,and the control group was treated with rehabilitation nursing. The degree of spasm and motor function of the affected limb were evaluated by the modified Ashworth scale and simplified Fuel-Meyer motor function score method. Results:The improvement of muscle spasm and motor function in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupoint massage combined with muscle tap in the rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients with spastic hemiplegia has a good auxiliary effect,which can reduce the patient's muscle spasm and improve the limb movement function.
