我国康复护理人员的现状与对策

Current Situation and Training Strategy of Rehabilitation Nurses in China

通过查阅近年关于康复护理人员的相关文献,对其进行综述与分析,据此探讨我国康复护理人员的现状,提出人员培养对策与思考。结果显示目前我国康复护理人员数量不足、素质有待提升,对康复护理的认识不够,不能满足患者最大程度功能恢复的需要。说明康复护理人员正成为制约康复护理学科发展的重要因素,应加强康复护理教育、在职培训及团队合作。

To discuss the current situation of rehabilitation nursing staff in China,this paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation of the rehabilitation nursing staff in recent years by retrieving literatures. At present,there is insufficient number of rehabilitation nursing staff in our country and the professional quality needs to be improved,they are lack of understanding of rehabilitation nursing,which cannot meet the clinical needs of patients on the optimal functional recovery. Rehabilitation nursing staff is becoming an important factor to restrict the development of rehabilitation nursing specialty area; we should strengthen rehabilitation nursing education,job training and team work.
