脑出血患者ICF-RS量化标准评定病例报告

Case Report of ICF-RS Assessment Standard in Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:基于国际功能、残疾和健康分类康复组合(ICF-RS)量化标准对脑出血患者进行功能评定,并指导康复临床实践。方法:收集1例脑出血患者,分析患者病史、既往史、辅助检查、常规康复评定及临床诊断,采用ICF-RS量化标准30条类目对脑出血患者进行逐一评定,结合评定结果对患者实施康复干预治疗,观察2周后患者功能水平变化。结果:经2周康复干预,患者身体功能和活动参与情况较治疗前均有不同程度改善。结论:ICF-RS量化标准可较好地反映患者功能水平变化,信度和效度较好,可在临床推广使用。

Objective: To evaluate the function of patients with cerebral hemorrhage and guide the clinical rehabilitation practice based on the International Classification of Function, Disability and Health Rehabilitation Set(ICF-RS). Methods: One case of cerebral hemorrhage was collected, the patient’s medical history, past history, auxiliary examination, routine rehabilitation evaluation and clinical diagnosis were analyzed. The patient with cerebral hemorrhage was evaluated by ICF-RS assessment standard with 30 categories, and the patient was treated with rehabilitation intervention according to the evaluation results. After two weeks’ intervention, the functional changes of patients before and after treatment were compared. Results: After two weeks’ intervention, the patient’s physical function, activity and participation were improved than those before treatment. Conclusion: ICF-RS assessment standard can better reflect the changes of the patient’s functional level, and has good reliability and validity, It can be widely used in clinical practice.
