冷战结束以来,非洲大陆尤其是法语非洲国家冲突不断,阻碍了国家与地区的和平与发展。这些冲突有深层的政治经济社会根源,其管理与预防一直是国际社会的重要议题。法语国家与地区国际组织利用其特殊地位和资源优势,在非洲法语国家的和平建设进程中发挥着一定的作用,但其行动纲领与理论依据却存在一定的矛盾性和弱点。对法语国家与地区国际组织在和平事务中所起作用的分析,有助于深入认识其作为国际组织的特殊性,并探讨实现和平的更多路径。

Since the end of the Cold War,the conflicts that have arisen in Africa and particularly in French-speaking Africa,hampered the peace and the development of countries and regions.Political,social and economic problems are the causes of conflicts,the management and prevention of which have always been the concern of the international community.The International Organization of Francophonie plays an important role in the peace process of French-speaking African countries by highlighting its originality and mobilizing its resources.Nevertheless,its action plans and its theoretical foundations reveal some contradictions and weaknesses.The analysis of the activities of the International Organization of Francophonie in the field of peace helps to deepen the understanding of its peculiarities as an international organization,and offers new ways for the establishment of peace.
