全球治理中的中非森林资源合作

China-Africa Cooperation of the Forest Resources in Global Governance

森林是减缓气候变化的关键,与人类面临的诸多挑战密切相关。森林治理问题也成为了当今世界在环境与发展领域的焦点。非洲在中国的外交战略全局中占有重要地位,中非双边关系是"全面战略合作伙伴关系"。面对欧美国家和国际组织在非洲积极推动全球森林治理的行动,中国除了要坚持森林资源主权、维护共同但有区别责任的原则,也需要在注重森林多重功能的基础上进一步加强与非洲国家在森林资源上的合作,推广我国在森林治理中的成功经验,提升我国在全球森林治理体系中的话语权。

Forests play a key role in the fight against climate change.Forest governance has also become the focus of the world in the field of environment and development.In terms of China’s diplomatic strategy,a"comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership"was built with African countries.With western countries and international organizations taking actions to promote global forest governance in Africa,China,while adhering to the principle of respecting sovereignty over forest resources,should also strengthen cooperation with African countries on forest resources based on its successful experience in forest governance and thus enhance its status in the system of global forest governance.
