C3肾小球病
摘要
C3肾小球病(C3 glomerulopathy)是最近命名的一组疾病,它的提出引起了人们对补体旁路途径调节异常的注意,更进一步认识到其临床及病理特点,探索其更有效的治疗途径也将成为未来方向。现就这一组疾病做一综述。1定义1974年Verroust等[1]对各种类型的肾小球肾炎患者的肾病理研究后发现,有一组患者在免疫荧光下只有C3沉积,免疫球蛋白和C1q阴性,
