呼出气一氧化氮在3~5岁儿童慢性咳嗽诊治中的应用分析

摘要 目的通过检测慢性咳嗽患儿呼出气一氧化氮(eNO)、外周血嗜酸细胞含量及吸入糖皮质激素对其影响,探讨其对儿童慢性咳嗽诊治的临床价值。方法对临床上表现为慢性咳嗽的120例3~5岁患儿进行呼出气NO及外周血嗜酸细胞含量检测,对其中eNO增高病例进行分组治疗,试验组在对症治疗基础上给予吸入糖皮质激素,4周后复查eNO及外周血嗜酸细胞情况。结果 120例慢性咳嗽患儿中eNO增高80例。采用普米克吸入治疗可降低患儿eNO和外周血嗜酸细胞百分含量;eNO和外周血嗜酸细胞百分含量间无相关性。结论 eNO在小儿慢性咳嗽诊治中是一项重要指标。 Objective To explore the clinical value of the diagnosis and treatment of chronic cough in children by detecting exhaled exhaled nitric oxide(eNO) and peripheral blood eosinophil content(EOS) in Children 3 to 5 years old with chronic cough. Method eNO and peripheral blood eosinophil assay in 120 cases of children with chronic cough were detected,then 80 cases whose level of eNO was were randomly divided into two groups as the test group(n=40) and the control group(n=40), each group inclouding 40 cases,the test group were treated with glucocorticoid inhalation for four weeks,the control group were only given symptomatic treatment,at the same time,the levels of eNO and peripheral blood eosinophil cells were detected simultaneously before and after the administration. Results Of 120 cases of chronic cough in children, the level of eNO and the percent of eosinophil cells in peripheral blood in 80 cases were both increased. When compared to the control group,the levels of eNO and peripheral blood eosinophil cells both decreased in the test group,there were significant differences between these two group in the levels of eNO and peripheral blood eosinophil cells.But there existed small correlation between them.Conclusions eNO is an important index in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic cough in children.
