Rapid Diagnosis of Sexually Transmitted Diseases in Females by Multimedia Computing Microscopy Diagnostic Instrument

目的 评价多媒体医学显微诊断仪 (MCMDI)用于快速诊断女性性传播疾病 (STD)的临床意义。方法 应用上海复星埃科得有限公司研制生产的ACT 2 0 0 0型超高倍显微系统显微仪 ,直接取样涂片活体镜检方法 ,直观动态地观察性传播疾病的主要病原体。结果 在 2 317人次标本中 ,该方法可一次取样 ,快速、准确地找到病原体。结论 该方法的建立与使用可为临床实验室性病病原体检测提供一个快速。

Objective To estimate the rapid diagnosis value of the multimedia computing microscope in detecting the sexually transmitted diseases (STD) in females. Methods Intravital specimen was carried out by being smeared onto slices to observe the major pathogens of STD under the multimedia microscope produced by Fortune company (ACT-2000). Results In the 2317 detected specimen, pathogens can be detected immediately and accurately with the same specimens. Conclusion Applying the multimedia computing microscope offers a new efficiency method in detecting and diagnosing the STD in females.
