近年来子宫内膜异位症发病率逐年上升 ,但对其发病机制尚未完全认识。免疫学概念的引入对深入理解子宫内膜异位症发病机制产生重要影响。在传统的 3种学说基础上 ,内异症患者腹腔内微环境免疫功能的变化成为研究焦点。

Recently the incidence of endometriosis have being rised up year by year, but the pathogenesis remains unknown. The introduction of imunological conception has greatly improved our understanding of the pathogenesis of endometriosis.The study is being focused on the changes of imunofunction in the microenvirnment of the patient's abdominal cavity. This review is about the immunopathenesis of endometriosis.
