体视学方法检测肿瘤微血管密度的研究

摘要 目的 采用以体视学原理为基础的微血管长度密度测量法 (MVLD法 )检测肿瘤微血管 ,并和传统方法(MVD法 )结果进行比较 ,分析其差异及意义。方法选取基底细胞癌标本 78例 ,分为侵袭型 (36 / 78)和非侵袭型 (42 /78)两组 ,经免疫组化实验标记vWF显示血管内皮细胞后 ,采用MVLD法和MVD法检测肿瘤灶内微血管的状态 ,并比较两法之间的差异及意义。结果 两法皆显示两型的瘤灶微血管密度状态有明显差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而且对应结果具有高度相关性 (r =0 .80 4 )。 Objective To adopt the new way based on stereology to measure microvessels, and compared its results with those of traditional method. Methods 78 cases of basal cell carcinomas were selected and classified into two groups: aggressive (36/78)and non-aggressive(42/78). Tumor microvessel density was estimated respectively by stereologic and traditional ways after immunochemical staining. Results Both methods showed the significant difference between two groups( P <0.05) and the results from the two methods had positive correlation( r = 0.804). Conclusions The stereologic way is a more reasonable method to evaluate density of microvessels.
