柔润熄风片治疗痹病的临床与实验研究

Clinical effect of Rourunxifeng Tablets for arthralgia disease and its experimental study

目的 :观察柔润熄风片 (莶草、青风藤、赤芍、桑枝等 )治疗痹病阴虚络阻证的临床疗效及其抗炎镇痛的药效。方法 :采用随机分组对照方法 ,治疗组用柔润熄风片 ,对照组临床用正清风痛宁片 ,动物实验用疏风活络片。结果 :总有效率治疗组为 91 .2 5 % ,对照组为 75 .0 % ,两组比较 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,对症证计分值的改善亦明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5) ;动物实验证实柔润熄风片对炎症引起的毛细血管通透性增加、角叉菜致大鼠足跖肿胀及足跖炎症介质的释放、大鼠棉球肉芽组织增生均有明显的抑制作用 ;能明显抑制由醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应 ,明显提高小鼠的耐热能力。结论 :柔润熄风片对痹病阴虚络阻证有较好的临床疗效及抗炎、镇痛药效 。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect and anti inflammation effect and analgesia effect of Rourunxifeng Tablet(RRXFT)(Herb Siegesbeckiae, Caulis sinomenii, radix paeoniae rubra, Ramulus cinnamomi, ect) for syndrome of deficiency of yin and blocking of collaterals off arthromyodynia. Methods: Divided into two groups. Treatment group was given RRXFT. Control group was given Zhengqingfengton Tables. Rats and mice were given Shufenghuoluo Tablets in animals experiments. Results: The rate of effect in treatment group was 91.25% and the control group was 75.0%. The rate was of significant difference from control group ( P < 0.01 ). And the cent of symptom assessing was of significant difference, too( P < 0.05 ). In the same time, it was identified in animal experiments that RRXFT restrained the auxo of capillary permeability caused by inflammation, restrained the liberation of media caused by metatarsus inflammation of rats, restrained granulation tissue hyperplasia caused by cotton ball in rats, restrained twist bodies response caused by acetic acid in mice, and rised thermotolerance ability of mice. Conclusion: RRXFT has significant clinical effect for syndrome of deficiency of yin and blocking of collaterals of arthromyodynia and has significient anti inflammation and analgesia effect. It is valuable to be applied and to develop this drug.
