摘要
目的 :观察槲皮素对Alzheimer病模型大鼠的影响和机理的初步分析。方法 :用立体定位技术对海马CA1 区微量注射喹啉酸造成Alzheimer病模型 ;Y形迷宫检测大鼠学习记忆水平 ;原子吸收分光光度计检测海马组织钙离子浓度 ;分离血清检测SOD、LPO值。结果 :槲皮素可明显提高喹啉酸所致痴呆大鼠学习记忆水平 ;显著降低海马组织钙含量及血清自由基水平 ;结论 :提示槲皮素对AD大鼠的脑保护作用与清除自由基。
Objective: To observe the effect of quercetin on a model rats with Alzheimer's disease(AD) rats and analyze its mechanism. Methods: The AD pathological model was established by hippocampal CA 1 lesions due to stereotaxic mini injection of quinolinic acid; the rat's learning ability and memory were observed by Y maze; the content of calcium in AD rat's hippocampus was determined by atomic absortion spectrophotometer; the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and lipid peroxide(LPO) in serum were analyzed. Results: It is showed that quercetin could improve learning ability and memory dificiency in rats with bilateral hippocampal lesions induced by quinolinic acid. It decreased the concentration of calcium in hippocampus and the levels of free radicals in serum significantly. Conclusion: These results suggested that the protective effects of quercetin on rat's brain with Alzheimer's disease may be related to its ability to scavenge oxygen free radicals and antagonize calcium ions.
