摘要
加入WTO将使我国中小企业在世界范围内面临更加激烈的市场竞争,我国中小企业迫切需要培育核心竞争力。理论界现有的关于中小企业核心竞争力的几种理论,存在着没有充分认识到核心竞争力的整体性特点,对中小企业的部分条件理想化,没有深入研究企业内部生产关系对生产力的决定性作用等缺陷。企业制度的规则性本质和资源整合性特点决定其对培育中小企业核心竞争力起着关键作用。有效率的企业制度是中小企业改革与发展的平台,能有效地降低交易费用。在当前竞争势态下,中小企业应处理好生存与发展的关系,把握核心竞争力培育的层次性和阶段性,建立具有中国特色的中小企业现代企业制度。
After China's accession to WTO, smalland mediumsized enterprises are confronted with the intense competition domestic and abroad. It is essential for them to stay focused on five core elements to enhance their competitive power. Some scholars have provided a variety of concepts and theoretical frameworks to enhance the competitiveness of different enterprises or corporations. However, a systematic study of the salient characteristics of competitiveness has seldom been explored. Others may paint too rosy a picture of their conditions. Failure to detect the inherent organizational drawbacks may prompt them to a predicament from which they do not know how to extract. Solid mechanism of structure, regulationbased system, and integration of resources are the main factors instrumental to enhancement of competitiveness in the market. The paper is to analyze the objective and function of enterprise's mechanism and system and discuss why it is important to adopt a stepbystep process to foster a spirit of competitiveness.
