Globalization versus Nation States: The Primary Victory of Le Pen and Turning to the Right of European Countries

本文试图从族际政治角度解读勒庞现象和欧洲政坛从中左立场的“玫瑰政治”到集体右转的深层原因。勒庞在法国总统大选中的初胜和欧洲右转的本质就是“重新民族国家化”;勒庞的初胜显示出欧洲在全球化背景下民族主义情绪的弥漫和对民族国家前景的迷茫;勒庞现象引发的关于全球化与民族国家的理论思辩表明,自由主义和“第三条道路”等欧洲主流意识形态已经初显颓势。

From the perspective of the politics of nationalities, this paper is trying to explore the deep reasons of the phenomena of Le Pen and the turning of European Politics from the 'middle-right' -so called 'Rose Politics' - to the 'right'. It argues that the nature of the primary victory of Le Pen in French general election and the Europe's turning to the 'right' is the 're-nationalization of state'. The primary victory of Le Pen indicates the spreading of nationalism and uncertainty of nation-state under the background of globalization. From the debates on globalization and nation-state aroused by the Le Pen phenomena,we could see the sign of the decreasing of the mainstream ideology-liberalism and the 'third-way'.
