摘要
组织行为学对组织领导中上下级关系研究的近期焦点主要集中于领导和成员之间动态交换的二元关系。领导—成员交换 (Leader MemberExchange ,简称LMX)理论认为 ,高质量的LMX关系对提高领导效能和组织绩效有显著的作用。LMX的理论进展表明了它作为一种管理工具 ,在保持最佳的上下级关系、提高工作成效等方面具有巨大的应用潜力。
The Leader Member Exchange (LMX) theory is distinguished from other leadership theories in its focus on the dyadic relationship between a leader and a member. Research has shown that proper LMX relationship building can significantly increase leadership effectiveness and organization performance. LMX has been shown to be one of the most scientifically valid and practically applicable theories in management research. Leaders using this theory can maximize superior subordinate relationships. LMX theory holds great potential as a practical tool for improving workplace outcomes.
