摘要
采用深床直接过滤工艺对城市污水处理厂的二级出水进行了深度处理 ,考察了同步脱氮除磷的可行性和运行条件。研究表明 ,通过铁盐絮凝剂的加入 ,借助微絮凝直接过滤可有效去除水中的PO3 -4 -P(去除率 >90 %) ;通过在滤池前加入甲醇作为外碳源 ,在滤池中进行同步脱氮 ,对NO-3 -N的去除率达 97%,可使出水的TSS <10mg L ;滤速为 10m h时采用无膨胀反冲洗与气水联合反冲洗相结合的冲洗方式可使过滤周期长达 4 0h左右。
Micro-flocculation deep-bed biofiltration process was used for advanced treatment of secondary effluent from urban wastewater treatment plant, and investigation was made for the feasibility and operational condition of simultaneous nitrogen and phosphorus removal. The study result indicated that by addition of Fe+{3+}, more than 90% of PO+{3-}-4-P can be removed with the aid of micro-flocculation filtration; when methanol is added as external carbon source in the front of filter and simultaneous removal of nitrogen occurs in the filter, 97% of NO+--3-N can be romoved and TSS in the effluent is less than 10 mg/L. At filter rate of 10 m/h, non-expanded backwash is used in combination of air-water backwash, the filter cycle may be as long as 40h.
