摘要
在国家的汽车发展政策导向之下,城市机动化是中国大中城市不可阻挡的趋势。传统的道路形式已无法很好地解决居住区道路上人和车的矛盾。20世纪70年代首先出现在荷兰的人车共存道路,不仅向我们展示了一种积极应对机动车威胁的居住区道路形式,更重要的是它必将强烈冲击国内传统的道路交通规划观念。
