对中国纺织服装业标准化工作的思考

Reflection on developing status of china textile & apparel industry standardization

根据国务院《深化标准化工作改革方案》的精神,在分析中国纺织服装业标准化现状的基础上,指出目前在中国纺织标准体系和纺织标准化管理体制中存在的主要问题,如产品标准过多,企业在标准化发展中的主体地位不够明确,行业间和上下游间的联动协调机制相对缺失,以及自主创新能力较低等,从而提出了具体的意见和建议。

According to the request of deepening the reform of standardization issued by the State Council and the analysis of the present situation of textile & garment industry standardization of China, the main problem was pointed out that were too many standards, unclear subject status of the enterprise,lack of the joint coordination mechanism between upstream and downstream and low ability of independent innovation. The concrete opinions and suggestions are put forward.
