摘要
详细介绍了pH计的工作原理,并通过能斯特方程推导出纺织品萃取液pH值(pHx)和pH计的电势差(Ex)之间的线性关系,其截距和斜率受测试电极和温度的影响。试验结果表明,通过工作曲线法可实时控制pH值测定的相关参数,从而提高纺织品pH值测定的准确性和可控性,得到的结果满足GB/T 7573—2009《纺织品水萃取液pH值的测定》的要求。
The working principle of the pH meter is introduced. The linear relationship between the pH value(pHx) of the textile aqueous extract and the electric potential difference(Ex)of the pH meter is induced by the Nernst equation. The intercept and slope of the working curve is affected by the test electrode and temperature. Experimental results show that the relative parameters of pH testing can be controlled in real time by using the working curve method, which enhance the accuracy of the measured pH value of the textiles.The results conform to the requirements of GB/T 7573—2009Textiles—determination of pH of aqueous extract.
