湿加工纺织品水萃取液pH值测定不确定度分析

Analysis of the uncertainty of pH in water-extract of wet processed textile

依据标准AATCC Test Method 81—2014《pH of the Water-Extract from Wet Processed Textiles》中提供的纺织品pH值的检测方法,分析研究检测p H时的影响因素及其对不确定度的影响。结果表明,影响不确定度的主要因素为重复性(40.07%)、萃取液体积(23.62%)和温度(19.78%)。试验在置信概率为95%时,不确定度为6.8±0.2。

Based on the method of AATCC 81—2014pH of the water-extract from wet processed textiles, the influencing factors and uncertainty during the pH determination is analyzed. The result shows that the main factors are repeatability(40.07%), extracted liquid volume(23.62%) and temperature(19.78%). The uncertainty is 6.8±0.2 when the confidence probability is 95% in experiment.
