摘要
建立了非离子表面活性剂中环氧乙烷残留量的顶空气相色谱-质谱(HS-GC/MS)分析方法,样品经80℃、60 min顶空加热平衡后进行GC/MS分离检测和外标法定量。该方法对环氧乙烷的定量限(LOQ)为0.25 mg/kg,在0.25~10 mg/kg浓度范围内线性良好,方法精密度3.4%~8.7%。结果显示,该方法具有准确灵敏和简单快速等特点,将其应用于表面活性剂检测可取得良好效果。
The method for the headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-GC/MS) in nonionic surface active agent is established. After the heat balance under the condition of 80 ℃ and 60 min,samples are separated and detected in GC/MS and the external standard method is performed. In the concentration range of 0.25~10 mg/kg, the method has a good linearity. In this method the limit of quantification(LOQ) of ethylene oxide is 0.25 mg/kg and the precision 3.4%~8.7%. The result shows that the method is accurate, sensitive, simple and rapid and has good result in the area of surface active agent detection.
