涂层纺织品甲醛含量不确定度评定

Evaluation on the formaldehyde content uncertainty in coated textiles

印染助剂是涂层纺织品染整过程中必不可缺的药剂,部分助剂中会添加甲醛,以起到增加交联和涂层膜强度的作用。随着人们对生态环境及健康安全的不断关注,国内外相关法规和相关标准都对纺织品中甲醛含量非常重视。研究表明,用密封瓶法测试涂层织物中的甲醛含量,当样品中甲醛含量为(83.8±4.6)mg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为4.6 mg/kg,置信概率接近95%。该测量过程所产生的不确定度主要来源于标准曲线(误差86.97%)和萃取液体积(误差12.95%)。

The auxiliaries are the most important part in the dyeing and finishing process.The formaldehyde added in auxiliaries plays a vital role in cross-linking and increasing the strength of coatings.With the continuous attention to the ecological environment,health and safety,the content of formaldehyde in textiles is more and more serious in domestic and international regulations and standards.The results of using sealed method for determining the content of formaldehyde in textiles show that the uncertainty of the formaldehyde content is 4.6 mg/kg and the confidence level is close to 95%in its content(83.8±4.6)mg/kg.The uncertainty of the test process is mainly derived from the standard curve(error 86.97%)and the volume of the extraction liquid(error 12.95%).
