摘要
对六只纯棉色织面料试样进行不同方式的整理,并测试经过柔软、免烫、液氨柔软、液氨免烫和液氨潮交联工艺整理后面料的机械性能。结果表明,液氨整理可提高面料的机械性能;免烫整理虽可提高面料的抗皱性,但整理后面料的断裂强力和撕破强力下降;潮交联整理可大大提高面料的抗皱性和耐磨损性,但对强力影响较大。
Six pure cotton yarn-dyed fabric samples are treated by five finishing methods of softening process,no-ironing process,liquid ammonia softening process and liquid ammonia wet cross-linking process.And the mechanical property of fabric is tested.The results show that the mechanical property of fabric by liquid ammonia process is raised.The crease resistance of fabrics by no-ironing process is improved,while tensile strength and tearing strength are reduced.The crease resistance and abrasion resistance of fabrics are increased by wet cross-linking process,but the strength is not good.
