摘要
介绍了纺织品加工过程中影响其pH值的因素,研究了振荡过程中振荡温度和时间对纺织品水萃取液pH值检测结果的影响。结果表明,随着振荡温度的升高,萃取效果越好,且振荡时间对萃取效果也有较大的影响。建议相关生产商严格控制纺织品生产和检测的各个阶段,从而改善纺织品的pH值,提高纺织品的安全性。
The factors affecting textile p H value in the process of textile production are introduced. And the influence of oscillating temperature and time on the textile p H value in the process of surging is analyzed.The results show that the extraction effect is better with the increase of temperature and the oscillation time also has a great influence on the extracting. In order to improve the textiles p H value and the safety of textiles, the related producers are suggested to control strictly the stages of production and testing.
