摘要
针对纤维素纤维/氨纶混纺织物的定量分析,目前常用的方法主要有手工拆分法和二甲基甲酰胺法。手工拆分法效率较低且对于薄型织物或网状氨纶产品,手工拆分非常困难,定量结果不准确;二甲基甲酰胺对人体有危害影响,且不适用于含浆料、涂料的织物以及常见的牛仔面料。研究尝试采用次氯酸钠溶液对纤维素纤维/氨纶混纺织物进行定量分析,认为在70℃条件下采用0.9~1.1 mol/L的次氯酸钠溶液浸渍20 min,可以达到准确定量的目的。
At present, there are two common kinds of testing methods, which are manual dismantling method and dimethyl formamide(DMF)method to analyze quantitatively cellulose/spandex fiber blended fabrics. Manual dismantling method has lower efficiency and the quantitative results are not accurate especially for thin fabric or mesh spandex product. DMF is harmful to human body and it is not applied for the fabrics with pulp, coating and common denim fabrics. In this method sodium hypochlorite is used to analyze quantitatively cellulose fiber/spandex fiber blended fabrics. The result shows that under the condition of 70 ℃ by 0.9~1.1 mol/L sodium hypochlorite solution impregnation 20 min, accurate quantitative analysis for cellulose/spandex fiber blended fabric can be gained.
