摘要
纺织品在加工过程中因使用多种助剂易引起甲醛含量超标。甲醛是一种对人体健康有害的物质,引起相关检测部门和消费者的重视。分析了用纺织品水萃取法测定甲醛含量试验中水萃取的振荡速率、萃取液的放置时间和萃取液浑浊度等因素对测试结果的影响。结果发现,振荡频率、萃取液的放置时间和萃取液的浑浊度均对检测结果有不同程度的影响,并针对不同的影响因素提出相应的解决方案。
In the processing of textile products, the formaldehyde content is easily excessive for the use of many additives. Formaldehyde is harmful to human health, which causes the attention of relevant detection departments and consumers. The effects of the oscillation rate, the time of the extraction and the turbidity of the extracted liquid are analyzed in the water extraction method for formaldehyde content detection in textiles. The results show that the above three influencing factors have different influence on testing results, and the corresponding solutions are put forward according to different affecting factors.
