摘要
GB/T 3917─2009《纺织品织物撕破性能》规定了多种测量织物撕裂强力的方法,它们在测量原理、测试条件和测量参数方面均有所不同。为对比各种方法的异同点,试验采用常用4种测试方法来评价10种不同织物的撕裂性能,并对其撕裂机理和测试结果进行研究。结果表明,虽然4种撕裂测试法的撕裂机理和撕裂状态不同,但其测试结果却具有较好的相关性。
Many methods to measure fabric tear strength are provided in GB/T 3917─2009. There are many differences in testing principle, testing conditions and testing parameters. In order to compare the similarities and differences of various methods, four testing methods used commonly are used to evaluate the tearing performance of ten different fabrics. The tearing mechanism and testing results are studied.The results show that although there are differences between the tearing mechanism and states, the results of the four methods have a good relevance.
