氨纶牵伸倍数对吸湿凉爽尼龙面料弹性的影响

Influence of Spandex drafting ratio on the stretch properties of cooling and wicking nylon fabrics

为了了解氨纶牵伸倍数对尼龙包缠氨纶面料弹性性能的影响,研究了7.7 tex尼龙和4.4 tex尼龙包缠2.2 tex氨纶在氨纶牵伸倍数为2.3～4.0条件下面料的各项弹性性能指标。结果表明,氨纶牵伸倍数对不同粗细的尼龙包缠氨纶面料弹性性能的影响趋势一致,即随着牵伸倍数的提高,面料的弹性伸长率增大,弹性回复率稍有改善,对面料的弹性残留率无明显影响。

In order to study the influence of Spandex drafting ratio on the nylon wrapped Spandex fabrics elastic properties, various elastic performance indexes of 7.7 tex nylon and 4.4 tex nylon wrapped 2.2 tex Spandex fabrics under the condition of stretch ratio of 2.3 to 4.0 are studied. The testing result shows that different ratio has same effect on the nylon wrap Spandex. With the increase of stretch ratio, the elastic elongation of fabric increases, the elastic recovery rate improves slightly, and there is no obvious influence on the elastic residue rate of the fabric.
