摘要
纺织品中重金属一旦被人体吸收就难以排出,长期聚集在人体器官中会损害人体健康。目前,纺织品重金属总含量检测的预处理方法主要是微波消解法。该方法虽能准确检测出纺织品中重金属含量,但单批处理量有限,设备投入、耗材及维护成本都较高,存在一定的局限性。试验通过研究高压消解罐法来改进纺织品重金属总含量检测的预处理方法。结果表明,该方法在满足检测质量要求的前提下可以提高单批次处理量,减少运行成本,为企业创造更大的价值。
Heavy metals in textiles are difficult to discharge once absorbed by human body.Human health will be damaged with its long-term accumulation in human organs.At present,the pretreatment method for detecting the total heavy metal content in textiles is mainly microwave digestion method.Although this method can accurately detect the heavy metal content in textiles,the single batch processing capacity is limited with the high cost of equipment investment,consumables and maintenance cost.Through studying the method of high-pressure digestion tank,the pretreatment detection technology for total heavy metal content in textiles is improved.The results show that the single batch processing capacity is increased,and the operation cost is reduced with creating greater value for the enterprise on the premise of meeting the detection quality requirements.
