本文介绍了纬编轴向织物的特点及应用,比较了其与经编轴向织物、缝编轴向织物的性能和生产优势,分析了不同类型纬编轴向织物的生产原理及编织工艺,对比了目前纬编轴向织物生产过程中常用原料的特点和应用情况,阐述了影响纬编轴向织物性能的因素和指标,可为纬编轴向织物的开发和应用提供理论支持。
The article introduces the characteristics and application of axial weft-knitted fabric, compared it with axial warp-knitted fabric in terms of performance and production advantages, analyzed production principles and knitting processes of different types of axial weft-knitted fabric and discussed both advantages and disadvantages of popular materials used for axial weft-knitted fabric. The performance of axial weft-knitted fabric produced with different materials is compared. The article also expounds the factors influencing the performance of axial weft-knitted fabric, providing theoretical support for the development and application of axial weft-knitted fabric.
