Development Status of Knitting Machinery for Technical Textiles

为了对产业用针织机械设备行业的发展情况有总体把握,本文对该行业的发展现状进行了分析。根据产业用针织物的基本结构形态,将其分为层状、管状和网状3种类型,相应制备设备有轴向类经编机、缝编机、双针床经编机和转钩型渔网机。介绍了国内外不同生产厂家所生产设备的型号、主要性能参数和应用范围等,对国内外产品存在的差距进行了分析,简要研究了相关设备技术提升的思路和方法。

This paper analyzes the current situation of industrial textiles-purpose knitting machinery and equipment industry, so as to present an overview of the industry. Industrial fabric can be divided into three types, namely layered, tubular and netted in accordance with their basis structures and they are produced on corresponding production equipment including axial type warp-knitting machines, stitching machines, double-bars warp-knitting machines and rotating hook fishing net machines. The paper also introduces the types, main performance parameters and application scope of some machines produced by different machinery manufacturers at home and abroad, analyzes the differences between local-made machines and their foreign counterparts and puts forward some ideas and methods for improving related technologies and equipment.
