摘要
本文对印染高浓度有机废水的特性做了简单分析,列举了废水的处理方法,从处理效果、运行成本、操作简便等方面综合考虑后,提出了Fe/C微电解-Fenton氧化-生物接触氧化的处理工艺,并对各工序进行了模拟实验得出了最佳工艺运行条件,结果表明在Fe/C微电解池的pH值为3.5,铁碳体积比为2∶1,反应时间为1 h;Fenton氧化池中H2O2用量在2 mL/L,反应时间为30 min时,组合工艺达到了最佳处理效果,出水可达标排放。
This paper conducted simple analysis on the characteristics of high concentration organic wastewater produced by printing and dyeing, and enumerated its treatment method. In addition, it proposed the processing technology of Fe/C micro-electrolysis, Fenton oxidation, bio-contact oxidation after comprehensive consideration on processing effect, operation cost and user-friendly control. Then optimal operation conditions were obtained through single factor experiment, which showed that in Fe/C micro electrolytic cell, pH value 3.5, iron and carbon volume ratio 2∶1, reaction time 1 h; in Fenton oxidation pond dosage of H2O2 2 mL/L, reaction time 30 min. Under these conditions, the processed wastewater indicators could meet national emission standards.
