生物基锦纶具有较好的吸湿、透气、柔软等性能,结合其优质性能,本文从设备参数、花型组织设计、工艺设计、后整理工艺等多个方面详细介绍了生物基锦纶56单面PK布、生物基锦纶56仿蕾丝单面电脑提花针织物以及生物基锦纶56双面三色迷彩提花针织物等产品的设计与开发过程,为该纤维产品的进一步开发生产提供了参考依据。
Bio-based polyamide fiber has good performance such as moisture-absorbent, breathable, soft and so on. This article introduces the design and development of single piqué fabric, lace-like single jacquard fabric, double three-color camouflage jacquard fabric, etc. with bio-based polyamide 56 yarn by discussing machine parameters, pattern and stitch design, process design, finishing process, and many other aspects in detail, which will provide referential basis for the further development of similar products.
