ⅠThe Jurisprudence or the legal philosophy,especially that of the modern Europe and America(i.e.the western countries),had been introduced to China for two times,respectively in the beginning 30 years and the last 20 years of the 20thcentury.Chinese scholars had introduced the Jurisprudence,among other things,since the beginning of the 20^th century.
