摘要
I.Introduction In this article,we examine Aristotle’s conception of equity(epieikeia)in its connection to the action and practical wisdom theory presented in Nicomachean Ethics(N.E.).Although Aristotle asserts equity is necessary just in some special situations(when the law is defective due to its generality),we try to demonstrate that equity cannot be understood as a virtue only eventually required.
