摘要
This paper examines the importance of metaphor in legal discourse.It discusses the reasons for the lack of specific studies of the relevance and structure of metaphors in the law in general,and in Italian constitutional law in particular.Three claims are put forward:1)legal discourse is constituted by a mobile army of metaphors.
