摘要
将合成的量子点CdTe与氧化石墨烯(GO)的复合物修饰到金电极的表面,得到了GO-CdTe电化学发光传感器,用以测定水中对硝基酚的含量.结果表明,在含有鲁米诺的强碱性溶液中,该传感器会产生明显的电化学发光信号,加入一定量的对硝基酚,该体系的发光信号发生明显猝灭.在优化的实验条件下,对硝基酚浓度在1.9×10^(-7 )~3.8×10^(-5 )mol/L范围内与相对电化学发光强度呈现良好的线性关系,检测限为6.3×10^(-8)mol/L.对实际水样中对硝基酚含量进行测定的回收率在97.2%~101.8%范围内.
GO-CdTe electrochemical luminescence sensor was prepared by casting the CdTe quantum dot and graphene oxide(GO)complex on the gold electrode surface,determination of p-nitrophenol in Itunhe water sample.The results showed that this sensor can produce obviously electrochemical luminescence signal in alkaline media containing luminol.And when a certain amount of p-nitrophenol is added,the luminous signal of the system is obviously quenched.Under optimized conditions,the ECL signal intensity depends linearly on the concentration of p-nitrophenol in the range of 1.9×10-7 and 3.8×10-5 mol/L.The detection limit is 6.3×10-8 mol/L.The method was applied to the determination of p-nitrophenol in real samples,with satisfactory results.The recovery rates were determined to be between 97.2%and 101.8%.
